Well 1 extended the field 1/4 mile to the west and well 2 extended the field 1/8 of a mile to the east.

around the producing wells, as demonstrated in both Jace and Signal Hill, seems to be a reasonable
interpretation but the drilling of three additional wells confirmed this interpretation. All three wells are gas
above the average well for this field, the third (3) was made into an injection well. Additionally well 2, the
second best well in the field, is a better well than well 1 which is not in as favorable a geochemical
location.
This survey was run specifically to test the ability of iodine surveys to
detect Niobrara gas. This gas is extremely dry and iodine does not
readily react with methane. However, the survey showed a
considerable amount of anomalous iodine measurements with a
good correlation to the production. The field had been producing for
almost two years at the time of this survey and the loss of signal
