What Will a Survey Cost?
Petroleum geochemical exploration surveys can be designed to
achieve many goals. The cost of the survey will depend mostly on your
design. Reconnaissance road surveys or prospect evaluations can be
accomplished with 100-200 samples. This might take a few days to
collect. A normal grid of a typical area is between one to five dollars
per acre. Additional data points can be added to your data base as
needed. See Survey Design in this section for more information.
