The East Boulder Field, In the far south of this survey area, was used as
a model for the prospect area to the north. Geochemistry correctly
indicated that the prospect reef was leaking only a small fraction of the
old East Boulder Field and was, therefore, not considered a good
prospect. Three dry holes with shows confirmed the presence of the reef
and only a small accummulation of hydrocarbons.
